BLE 5.2+Zigbee 3.0物联网多模系统级通信芯片,支持高刷新率的高清显示

PHY6218搭载32bit高性能MCU,支持浮点运算。可选512KB/2MB in-system Flash,138KB SRAM。BLE 1Mbps速率下接收灵敏度-97dBm,Zigbee 3.0 250Kbps速率下灵敏度-100dBm,最大发射功率10dBm。休眠模式电流0.7uA,TX/RX功耗6.7mA,多场景平均功耗<10uA。最多配置超过30个GPIO接口。

拥有基于Bluetooth LE 5.2的自主知识产权全栈蓝牙方案,支持包括SIG-Mesh全角色组网、AoA/AoD无线定位、2Mbps高速率模式、BLE长距离模式、主从配对一主多从、扩展广播/周期广播在内的主流BLE功能。支持Zigbee 3.0全功能;支持自主知识产权的多协议栈:Matter (Bluetooth LE+Zigbee) 多协议共存;PhyPlus私有2.4GHz协议栈。
