世界一流的超低功耗高性能Zigbee 3.0系统级芯片,专为智能家居、工业组网和控制领域设计。

PHY6226基于32-bit高性能ARM M0处理器开发,可选128KB-8MB FLASH,搭配64K retention SRAM,96KB ROM和256bit efuse。内置的高性能多模射频收发机支持-20~+10dBm发射功率,Zigbee 3.0 250Kbps速率下接收灵敏度达到-103dBm。3dB的解调增益将通信距离和抗干扰能力提升了数倍。休眠电流低至0.3uA,峰值收发功耗4.6/4mA,多场景平均应用功耗<10uA。拥有超过20个GPIO接口。

获得CSA Zigbee兼容平台认证,支持Zigbee 3.0全功能。支持自主知识产权的多协议栈:Matter (Bluetooth LE+Zigbee) 多协议共存;PhyPlus私有2.4GHz协议栈。
